our UNISEX journal is a dark dark FOREST GREEN* hand-tooled tanned cowhide leather journal with an intricate, detailed CELTIC KNOT dimensional design
the closure is a handcast PEWTER button with a CEKTIC KNOT design wrapped with a thin black leather cord (the clasp is a work of art-clearly handcrafted)
created from custom, bench-crafted. tanned cowhide...for lifetime wear, & a patina that gets better with age,( & they have that new leather scent...hmmmmm)
holds one 5.5"x 8.5" book with acid-free, heavy bond paper, unlined (refills available-card for re-order is included)
the inside covers are black leather (smooth) with four inch deep pockets that hold the insert , but could also be used to tuck inside extra notes or currency, i.d., a loose check, or a credit card
